Metamorphosis – Your Stories

If you would like to submit a narrative to be included in this project, here are the instructions:

• Submit your story and your bio as individual Word documents. The narrative should be between 750 -1000 words; make sure to give your piece a title that represents your journey – something that will intrigue and inspire the reader. 

• Your narrative should focus on only one or two transformative events and end with how this shift manifests itself in the person you are today.

• Your bio should also be in the form of a narrative (no more than 350 words) and may contain links to your website, books, and other relevant sites. Please make sure you submit working links.   Note:  I may need to edit your content for spelling, grammar and/or format.

• It would be helpful if you go to my website and read the already published stories for inspiration and guidance: http://essenceoflaurel.com/category/metamorphosis-your-stories/

• Submit up to three pictures that you would like included with your narrative and bio in jpeg format. If you have a favorite quote that you would like included below the story, send that.

 At the bottom of your submitted narrative, please include the following permission:

“I hereby grant Laurel D. Rund permission to publish the content of this submission, or any portion thereof, on the Essence of Laurel website, or in any republicationor reprint of any kind.” Date & Name
